Call for abstracts

How to submit

   Create your account on the platform and verify your email address.

   Complete your personal and affiliation details in your dashboard.

3. 3

   Enter the abstract in English: title, structured body, keywords, topic area and co-authors.

4. 4

   Choose the format and submit before its deadline. You will receive an acknowledgement by email with your reference number.

Format

• Abstracts must be written in English.
• The body must not exceed 400 words, excluding title and authors.
• It must include four sections: Introduction, Methods, Results and Conclusions.
• The title must be informative and contain at least 8 words.
• All authors with their affiliation and email, indicating the presenting and the corresponding author.
• Between 3 and 6 keywords.
• Use the International System of Units, avoid abbreviations and do not include bibliographic references.

Review

The organizing committee reviews every abstract and issues an accept or reject decision. The outcome is notified by email and recorded in your dashboard, together with the committee's comments where provided.
