Oral or poster
You choose the format when you submit. Oral presentations close a month before posters, so submitting early is worth it if you are undecided: the platform only offers the formats still open.
Create your account and verify your email.
Enter the abstract in English and pick a thematic area and format.
You get a receipt with a reference number, and the committee decision by email.
Format
- Language
- The abstract is written in English, title included.
- Type and margins
- Arial 12, with 3 cm top and left margins and 2.5 cm right and bottom.
- Title
- Informative and at least 8 words long. Information retrieval systems rely on it, so no abbreviations, acronyms or formulae.

- Length
- The body does not exceed 400 words, excluding title and authors.
- Structure
- Four parts: Introduction, with context and purpose; Methods, with the main methodologies; Results, with the findings; and Conclusions, with the summary and its implications.
- Keywords
- Between 3 and 6 keywords.
- Nomenclature and units
- International System of Units. Keep abbreviations to a minimum and include no bibliographic references.
- File
- PDF, named with your surname and first name.
