Format

Oral or poster

You choose the format when you submit. Oral presentations close a month before posters, so submitting early is worth it if you are undecided: the platform only offers the formats still open.

  1. Create your account and verify your email.

  2. Enter the abstract in English and pick a thematic area and format.

  3. You get a receipt with a reference number, and the committee decision by email.

Format

Language
The abstract is written in English, title included.

Structure
Four parts: Introduction, with context and purpose; Methods, with the main methodologies; Results, with the findings; and Conclusions, with the summary and its implications.
Keywords
Between 3 and 6 keywords.
